Ron’s Bio
Ron Bouton was born in Central Florida in 1947. The only time spent
outside of his home state was in 1967 when the US Army insisted that
he live in the Central Highlands of South Vietnam. He returned to
Orlando in 1968.
Ron got in the window and door business in 1980. This was an active
period for construction in Central Florida, and the primary focus
was on home building. Then in 1986 Ron looked around and noticed all
those older homes were in need of some serious repair. He came up
with the idea of a window and door replacement store. And it worked!
All County Window and Door was born.
Over the years, Ron did radio advertising with WDBO with great success.
The homeowners, a bulk of WDBO’s listeners, are just the customers
Ron wanted to reach. And when asked if he would like to host Around
The House Ron couldn’t pass up the chance. It was a perfect
